Chameleon Submitter. But no submitter will make you money. Your tgp list will make you money. So basically you can make the same kind of money with any submitter.

Ditto, spend some time on researching partner accounts instead. It's a little more expensive but it will save you the hassle of wasting money on submitting to 200+ sites with no traffic.

Yeah, Chameleon is just a tool to submit to sites faster - it fills in the gallery details for you - instead of manually typing everything in hundreds of times. You still need to come up with your own custom submit database. If you want more traffic, you need to purchase partner accounts to sites that do not allow public submissions - and use Chameleon to submit to those faster as well.
