Offshore company + bank account + debit cards + ccbill or merchand account?
So , where to form a company, to process cc,and you don't have to pay all the stupid taxes or respect the stupid laws some country have regarding online porn?
Suggestions, comments?

I know about offshore jurisdictions
But I'm interesting in a place where I can process cc and make money... not hide my activities. I don't do anything illegal.

no, unfortunatly, I want my grandparents to get their retirement, the roads in nice shape, the sick being helped in hospitals, etc. And that won't work if nobody pays taxes.
But I must say it's tempting...but dangerous too if you get caught. With offshore you cannot buy a house or buy a car in Holland so I don't see the convincing reason yet.

Do a google search for WSR -- they are one of the biggest offshore scams out there selling none exisiting bank licenses etc. They are the heaviest advertiser on Google though.

take a trip to one of those 0 tax countries and setup a company/bank account... then every time you transfer funds just draw up an invoice/bill not as hard as some might think.

Well, the answer I'm looking isn't about bank account, is about cc processing. I want to make money with this company, not to hide them. And I need the money to go to the company's bank account, and I will use the money with a company cc. Well, I guess I'm clear enough.

Not true. Your company can own property. But I think it depends where you are.

I don't think WSR are a scam BUT they are a very inefficient organisation with a ridiculous charging scheme where even forwarding a piece of post that they can't tell you what it is costs you 90 euros. VERY unrecommended (from experience)

For offshore advice and information start with OCRA (expensive but reliable information on all jurisdictions) and then you can compare prices when you have all the information.

I know a guy from Holland, owner of some big (non-adult) web site, that set up a company at British Virgin Islands and eventually he bought 400.000 EUR home in Holland few months ago... so it's possible... And yeah he loves to gamble, so he'll loose all that on poker eventually...
