I was wondering if anyone would be interested in our X-Cart license being transferred over to an existing e commerce site of yours or one you may want to start up...

Let me know what you think, I just thought that if someone was looking into x-cart, this might be a chance for you to get it a little cheaper than what they are selling it for. it really is a great script.
