I read about this the other day. If Stevens wins and gets sent to jail the state of Alaska's rules are that there would be a special election. Many think Palin might then run for that seat. She is still popular in that state and could win the seat. Other's think she will wait for 2010 and run for the other Senate seat that way she is close to Washington and can start prepping herself for a 2012 presidential run.Comment
