Can you fuckin believe this?

About a month ago bunky got 2 full blooded chow chows. Hes been wanting them for a while and we finally got them. Not long after that the cops show up at the house bc the neighbors said one got loose. well that was cool and all. about a week later they show up again bc the neighbors called saying that they were worried that the dogs werent being taken care of bc they got tangled and it was raining. well bunky got a warning. then this morning at 2:30 am i got woke up to pounding on my door. the fuckin police pigs were here again saying they got a call about a fuckin barking dog. For anyone who knows, chow chows are gaurd dogs. they bark at anything that moves. well they said that it was an ordinance in the town so they wrote me a fuckin $110 fine for barking dogs. i was soo pissed off. i basically went off on them. there were 2 cops banging on my door at 2:30 in the morning when 3 people have to get up between 5 and 6. they told me that we need to do something about the barking. im like they are dogs they are going to bark. and the one cop said he witnessed the barking and im like yeah if you walk up to the dog its going to freakin bark. some bullshit. that really pisses me off. so now we either have to pay the $110 or try to go to court over it. any ideas on what grounds i can fight this on. how i would go about it ect....

If you were my Neighbor and your fucking dogs were backing and keeping me up at night I'd do something about it too.

Its not your right to have loud ass barking dogs if you can't keep them quite during nighttime.

They don't bash you up unless you fucking start it first.

Although your US pigs might be different to our Aussie pigs so who knows, I sure wouldn't want to be a cop in the US and have to put up with all the bad asses crimes with fucking UZI's. anyone you pull over could have a gun and kill you so thats probaly why there so harsh.

You cannot fight it. Almost all, if not all, towns/cities have an ordinance against barking dogs. You have the right to own a dog, but you do not have the right to own a dog that barks. In addition most towns/cities, have containment and leash laws. A dog must either be contained or on a leash 24/7. If a dog escapes from its containment or its leash that is not an excuse before the court. In the state of California if a dog bites someone there is not an excuse before the court. The owner is legally liable for all dog bites no matter the circumstance. This includes, burglers, prowlers, etc.

yeah in in New Zealand :D and no my mate wasnt doing anything wrong he's kinda wierd that way.. he's a bitch :P anyway he was with this girl and he went to find her watch and these four cops just grapped him and said " move you little black hahahaha" and he goes "what?" and BOOM! these cops just smashed his head against the concrete his face was black and blue for days..

Although I am a dog owner, I have respect for my neighbors. Owning a dog DOES NOT give you the right to have barking dogs out in the yard anymore than having kids gives you the right to subject your neighbors to their loud music at all hours of the evening. I think your perspective on this situation is more self-centered than realistic.
By the way...next time you get robbed, shot at, or have a break-in at your house....don't call a "pig".....handle it yourself...or better yet....let your barking dogs handle it for you. If the police handled a similar problem for you (loud neighbors), I am betting that you would be happy.....quite a different issue when the show is on the other foot, eh?
