Does someone have any contact with the owners of pornhub.com? I own content and dozens of updates are on their site. I've e-mailed them but get no reply or action. Someone here must know how to get something done.

I did e-mail someone from Brazzers but did not get a reply. That's why I am on here. Not meaning to make a big deal or anything but it concerns me when dozens of updates are on there. I don't want them there and I'm not looking for any pissing contests. Just want them taken off without any hassle.

I know stuff gets uploaded all the time and I don't expect Brazzers to be on top of everything. Users upload stuff all the time. I'm just hoping that being reasonable gets somewhere.

I finance my stuff out of my own pocket and it's tough to compete with "free." I'm sure many others are in the same boat so smarter people must know how to get stuff done.

I'm not sure if you're creating and submitting DMCA take-down requests to the email address they have listed on their DMCA page. If you are, then disregard that link.

Your best bet to deal with websites that are repeat offenders, so to speak, is to work with a group like Remove Your Content. You might find that their fees are reasonable and they'll save you many piracy-related headaches.

Fyi, if your stuff is on pornhub.com, it might also be on keezmovies.com. The same person/persons owns that site as well.

I can't say with any degree of authority, James, but I'd imagine that he would be able to kick it up another legal notch. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in soon.

Keez is the contact at Brazzers that I contacted. Again, not looking to do all the shock-and-awe bullshit. I wish I didn't even have to come on here. I just want my stuff off where it's not supposed to be. I am fairly new to the whole online world and want to make friends, not enemies. I don't give a crap about anything other than doing honest, fair business and have had my share of con artists and the like.

If I was in a position to not screw someone over, I'd just do it. No questions asked.

Simply...

Contact hosting, domain registrar, sponsors, and find out who their processor is. Issue DMCA's to all of them. If they refuses, add them to your DMCA request (as co-defendants). Start sending it to the attorney generals in their states of operation.

Trust me.

You will start seeing results.

The following has nothing at all to do with Brazzers or pornhub.com but you can imagine how it makes me feel when I go to www.clips4sale.com, type in "bukkake" and one of the "studios" there has 19 pages chock-a-block full of stolen content from www.covermyface.com (the site I do with Braincash) as well as stuff from Anabolic, Diabolic, Peter North, etc.

I don't want to do any external links but the studio number is 22757.

I hope whomever gets elected President today can improve health care, reduce taxes, and execute pirates.

A copyright is only enforceable in the country where its copyrighted. A Paki living in a cave with a web server can post tube sites all day long without the fear of retribution from the Copyright and Patent Office in the U.S.

No one is going to pay for porn sites anymore when they can just go there and jerkoff for free. It's a no brainer.

Then you need to talk to a lawyer.

The only thing different about copyright legally, versus native or unregistered is the dollar amount you collect. You are covered whether you are registered or not.

Once they are notified officially, and not through GFY bat signal, Neil takes their shit down or requires them to do whatever verifying they have legal rights. i have reported content theft for other foot studios who are my competition before. Neil had them closed out in hours.

keep us updated on the progress, if you have already issued a dmca and it was ignored, perhaps you should not contact them again as you have given them the chance, and maybe a lawyer should be the next step?? I am just curious on what the best procedure would be at this point? would love to see one of the legal people chime in in this thread

Good advice but it's still disheartening to see dozens upon dozens upon dozens of clips up on clips4sale. It's happened in the past and I did get the store shut down but nothing prevents them from opening up a new store the very next day.

What I requested was that the content be transferred to a studio in my name upon proof that I own the content, which I am more than happy to do.

There is only so many hats I can wear between booking/performing/editing/admin stuff, etc. I don't want to add Policeman to my list of titles. Just coming on here looking for practical advice as I'm sure others have gone through similar things before.

I appreciate all the feedback and I'm learning a lot.
