    Are you losing your hair?

    I noticed last week that the hair on the crown of my head is starting to thin out a bit. It isn't too much of a cause of concern just yet but I figured I better look into it before it gets more noticeable.

    I have been thinking of doing the test I found on this site: www.hairlossanalysis.com but have not found any reviews or info about this site. I figured i'd post it here because someone always knows something about everything on gfy.

    Anyone hear about this site or done the test? It is supposed to tell you why your hair is thinning or falling out. There are supposedly various reasons why you lose your hair so I should determine what the problem is before I go out to buy a shit load of multi vitamins, special shampoos, propecia and other crap that might not do me any good since I have no idea why I am thinning. For a $100 bucks, I may take the plunge cause I got nothing better to do with my money......

                      At the salon I used to work at, we used/recommended Nioxin. Customers swore by it.

                      Try them out first, at least if the shampoo/conditioner doesn't work most salons will allow you to return it.

                          This could be something as simple as a DHT imbalance caused by an under-active thyroid. Go have a blood test to see if you have thyroid issues before spending $$$$. Good news is if it's the thyroid they can give you Lyvoxil which will balance the DHT and stop the hair loss. You should note any hair that has been lost will not re grow

                                                                                  it will dry on its own, you dont have to use the Showtime oven..
