That's like saying La Jolla isn't San Diego. Technically and to locals, no, it isn't... but to everybody else, it's close enough.

Yeah, to non-locals, Phoenix = Tempe = Scottsdale
If we're flying several hours to get there, a 20 min cab ride isn't going to be a big deal.
