    absolutely no alcohol related charge

    if you or I or our son was 19 and drunk driving, theyd be charged with it.

    More double standards for those who deserve none

    Chris Brown has been charged with two felonies, including assault and making criminal threats by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, reports the Associated Press. His arraignment hearing is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. PT today.
    fact is if they added DUI to it, he would serve some real jail time, but no, they want it so he can walk with nothing but a fine lol

          Brown pulled his car over and tried to push Rihanna out, but she was still wearing her seatbelt, Los Angeles police Detective De Shon Andrews wrote. He said Brown pushed Rihanna's head against the window, punched her with his right hand, and then continued driving while hitting her, the affidavit states. He also bit his girlfriend on the ear, the affidavit states.
          i doubt they left alcohol out of equation by accident if this crime was commited while drinking and driving

                  oh and pls keep in mind, this is all been packaged for him, because this is all his FIRST OFFENSE and he wont see a minute of jail time.

                  you get in more trouble in this country for making anti-semetic remarks while drunk than you do beating your girlfriend to a pulp in the street and laughing it off afterwards at a beach house.

                          Any normal citizen would be being grilld on where he was sold the alcohol and would still be locked up, this sort of shit disgusts me and will always serve as the rational behind the fight between cops and civilians, these pigs would add charge after charge on you or I. But they probably got autographs as part of the deal lol

                              Celebrities out there don't go to jail. Proven time and time again. Didn't Lindsey Lohan carjack someone, chase them around, and then get stopped with cocaine on her and get nothing? Everyone of us would have been thrown on the ground in cuffs and probably still sitting in jail to this day.
