How long have you been in the adult industry and associated with TCG?

I was hired by TCG in 2001 and have been with them ever since! It is my home and I have not had a reason to jump ship, as I appreciate the way we handle our affiliates and business.

What attracted you to internet adult marketing and who were your early mentors in the business?

I fell into it, actually. The parent company I was working for decided to try a spin off (start up) company. The idea was to develop an on online payment solution (this was pre paypal), and I was to head up their marketing department. Very long story short, we suffered threw continuous problems, and tech just couldn?t get it rolled out. In the meantime, paypal was launched. As you can imagine, and as time marched forward, the owner was becoming ever more frustrated. The work environment was eroding and one day 20+ of us came to work only to be handed pink slips? yep, ?laid off?. I had never been fired before, and although I wasn?t ?fired? per say, it still stung bad. Through an acquaintance I was told about a job working for (at that time) CEN. The day after I was given the heads up, I was scheduled for an interview. Needless to say, I was hired that day, and have been working with them every since. Looking back, I am very thankful for how the events all went down, as I have now had the opportunity to work with and for some very incredibly talented folks.

TCG aka Dellwood Holdings has been around for a long time, and over that time they have grown to be one of the major players in online adult entertainment. As the marketing director & team leader there, which venues of traffic are bringing to TCG the most sales?
Which avenues of promotion would you suggest to a webmaster starting out with your program?

Yes, you are right, TCG has been an industry giant for many many years. I wasn?t in on things when the company first launched back in 1996, however Jay was. Him and I share all Sales Department related responsibilities. It?s been an interesting evolution to watch. I remember back in ?01 everyone considered TGP traffic to be ?trash? or at the very least, bottom of the barrel as far as quality went. Next thing you knew, it was TGP?s heyday and everyone was either building a TGP or submitting to them. It was at this time that we really started concentrating on our gallery production. Not only was the quality of content becoming a major facet, but the shift towards reality based sites also began. Our surfers were starting to grow up, and we had to grow to keep up, so we started shooting our own original custom content. The day of the same cookie cutter members area jammed packed with poor quality content was over. Today TrafficCashGold still processes a large amount of TGP/MGP traffic, SE, free site and blogs.

TCG has a variety of sites with multiple niches, payout options and promotional material for their webmasters? besides traditional banners & free content, which webmaster tool that TCG offers would you highly recommend for conversions?

TCG proudly offers a signature site in most niches. May it be Milf, Big Tit, Big Cock or Teen etc? we are going to have a top selling site for our webmasters to market. For the surfer looking for more than one niche, we took some of our top selling sites and wrapped them into mega reality sites. We are always listening for Affiliate feedback in an effort to improve what tools we offer. A couple years back we assembled a team for the sole purpose of submission. What that means is, for the webmaster who submits to multiple sites and/or partner accounts, our submitters will do the daily work for you. For those webmasters looking to promote us via legal tube sites, I always suggest giving our pre-made 2 minute ?tube style? clips a try. We know our affiliates are busy, so we strive to make things convenient.
