          Yes.

          The reputation of the author and/or feedback from associates or possibly online reviews.

          Varies. From around $1 to over $50.

          All non-fiction.

          If it was available for my Kindle I would consider it though I mostly read non-fiction.

                  ya i've purchased a couple out of curiosity in the past.

                  one was laughable at best, the other gave me some decent insight into wher to start in ppc.
