Whats the best thing you did for your girlfriend birthday?

Its my girlfriend's birthday tomorrow, she is expecting a few friends over tomorrow for dinner.. but its not going to be anything crazy.. every year she manage to have a big party for me, but I feel like shit I suck at this kinda thing..

I am thinking I can make it look like the same old lame shit.. and surprise her later with something better.

Also.. if any girls are reading this.. what would you want?

I try to do something nice every year for her. One of the best things I think she enjoyed was I told her I was taking her for dinner, but had her family and friends meet us at the restaraunt already seated waiting for us. She was really suprised and loved it. I also had a suprise party at a house for her after dinner. It was a good time.

Last time I took her to this amazing forest area where we walked around, had some lunch in the woods and watched Denmark from a watch point high above sea level. Then we walked down to the beach and dipped our toes in the water, talked some trash and went on our way home.

It was a good day. I rather do stuff like that then give expensive gifts, anyone can give a gift, a special experience is more memorable.

I made her breakfast in bed on the day of her birthday, gave her 2 dozen roses and a tennis bracelet she has been wanting. I arranged for her parents to fly into town and had a few of her good friend?s meet us at a nice steak house and we partied hearty!

well hopefully she don't read gfy anytime soon.. ill have to block it for a couple days..

a few months ago.. she was telling me while listening to Celine Dion that she would die to see her in concert.. after reading a post up above.. I decided to check out what was going on this weekend.. and no shit.. Celine Dion is here this weekend.. only a week away.. and I managed to get floor tickets.. ordered them and got them printed out.

Now I just need to make sure dinner tomorrow turns out ok.

I was thinking the spa.. and was about to ask her friend to go with her for the night (since she works till 5).. the shopping thing I let her do a few days ago already.. was very good idea thou.

I am doing pretty good at getting lots of ppl to come over.

Girls love to feel special, be told how great they look etc.. having lots of ppl around just for her will make her feel special.. maybe I should arrange that she looks good for the occasion as well.
