    What is your biggest fault?

    Sometimes it's good to put it out there what your biggest fault is... get it down on paper, so to speak... so that you can recognize it and make moves to correct it.

    My biggest fault is focus. I get bored with projects quickly and tend to start new ones before I have finished the project I started.

    Please feel free to share, comment, and even recommendations for others would be fantastic.

      Do I only have to list 1?

      In no order...

      I try to do too much at one time.
      I work too much and then burn out.
      I hate networking.
      I refuse to kiss ass to get business.
      I don't sugar coat things. This often causes problems.

      I'm sure there are more but it's 7am here and my brain ain't working too well.

                                                          I am more lazy than I like.
                                                          I am disabled and that really limits shit I can do. (no changing that one)
                                                          I get to many idea's and can hop to them, leaving behind another. (working on that lately)
                                                          I am willing to give people chances.
                                                          I want to think the best of people and often take them at their word.
                                                          I am like a sponge and suck in and retain information- mostly useless stuff. Then I often express or share it and people get the idea that I am a know it all or something, which I really am not. I am constantly wanting to learn more.
                                                          I am not super social in person if I do not know you, and even then at best I would be described as quiet or someone of few words.
                                                          Few things get me upset aside from pure stupidity, not ignorance but actual stupid moronic lack of common sense behavior. When someone is smart enough to know the difference or facts yet goes with the idiotic.
                                                          I am very bad at English. Not reading, speaking, etc. The actual format of it and such. I kind of got screwed up in English class as a kid having missed to many of them due to a hospitalization when I became paralyzed.
                                                          I write a lot- like a whole bunch. Not a 100% fault but well can be.
                                                          I really should communicate with friends and family more often. I can be distant by accident and then they think I do not care because weeks or months can go by without me contacting them.

                                                          I think that is enough.

                                                                                  I also said more lazy than I like. Reality is I may do more than many people. I just hate not doing something. Really hits me since I also have bad insomnia, so I feel I could go a lot more with that time but really do not.

                                                                                          That's my problem and we tend to hire people locally with no industry experience. Having been in six years, I forget how hard it was to learn this industry.

                                                                                          I have to keep telling myself that they are just learning, but sometimes if they don't catch on I just wanna scream (and sometimes have) "You can't be this stupid!"
