Anybody hear of this online bank? I just came across them in an article... paying out 4% with a minimum balance requirement of $1000. Right now it's the highest around. This is the first I've heard of them...

I really hate minimum balances.
I am still liking ING even if they are a little lower on basic deposits. If I wanted a minimum I would just use one of ING's CD's. (again which have no minimum)
