    Which is the best Photoshop plug-in for cutouts/masking?

    anybody have anything to recommend for best plugin to cutout/mask hair? i've tried a few of them - not very easy to use when the hair is against a complicated background.
    I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!
