Mother Fuck'n Phatservers !!!

I FedEx'd a package to Phatservers yesterday for a Saturday morning delivery. The FedEx guy shows up and fails to read the sign on the door that says "ring buzzer" and so he doesn't leave the package and marks the package as "Customer not available or business closed"!

Phatserver has been tracking the package and calls me that they have a whole crew there and they have someone on standby...ready to accept my package but that FedEx never rang the buzzer outside (even though there is a sign that says "ring buzzer").

Here's where it gets tricky, not only did Phatservers call FedEx and jump their ass about this delivery guy, they also asked that the package be redelivered and that's not even the best part.....they emailed me and said that if the package wasn't delivered today, they would send someone to FedEx to pick it up this evening! Can you fugg'n believe that? That's what you call real fucking service right there. Would your hosting company do that for you?

Definitely not the regular Fedex guy, he knows the routine. This guy just assumed since the secure door was locked that the building was closed. Clearly states it is a secure facility and you must buzz for entry or delivery... so much for reading.

By the way....Phatservers sent someone over to FedEx to pick up this package so that we could get all the content transferred to my server today (before I leave town for a few days). I don't have a big hosting package with PS so I'm really blown away that they would take care of me this well. If you feel like just a number to your hosting company, contact PS and tell'm that you want the Dean Capture treatment! They'll take good care of ya'!

In my experience anyone delivering parcels wants to get it done as quickly as possible. I guess they're too stupid to realise they'll need to redeliver the next day so they're not really saving any time.

The local postman doesn't even bother to get off his bike or knock, he rides up to our front door and dumps the package, then backs out and rides off...

I had one delivery where they dumped it on the front door step - I was away for a couple of days so I figured I'd be picking it up myself - and falsified the receipt signature! Fucking lazy assholes...

I'm known? Really? Are you serious? Whooopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

Phatservers had no idea I would post this nor did they ask me to say anything about it. I know that it's hard to believe but sometimes companies will actually go out of their way to take care of a customer. This is not a widely exercised practice within the adult industry but it does happen on occasion. By the way....I could really care less "why" they did it - all that matters to me is that they did it.
