    Increase sales with warmth

    I wonder if this research can be used to increase sales. Applying a warm feel to a site, and injecting words that reflect warmth as well to improve the perception of trust.

          yeah hopefully they arent holding a hot cup of coffee when they "scroll down" on the join page and see $100 worth of "bonus sites" being charged to their card, LOL
