ive always wondered why people use collars in the first place. if you cant lift it and keep it steady you obviously have a shitty form and you shouldn't be lifting that much in the first place. dropping one of the weights off could be very dangerous though.Last edited by beemk; 10-24-2008, 05:51 AM.I host with VacaresComment

never free squat alone. use one of those caged squat racks with drop stops.Comment
