Woman Virtually Murders Online Husband, charged with crime

I just read that a woman in Japan was charged with a crime because she ?virtually murdered? her "online husband" because she was angry that he ?virtually divorced? her.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081023/..._avatar_murder

Well maybe he wouldn?t have virtually divorced her if she would have virtually sucked his dick more and virtually cooked a nice meal once in a while! And maybe picked up the virtual house while he was at virtual work!

Wow what used to be handled with the ban hammer is now legal issues. The world needs to recognize online and real world as separate.

If you steal a card online then your stole a product from the real world using the Internet that not what im referring to. If you kill a make believe character or avatar that is not the same as killing a person. If you steal my world of warcraft gold my kids wont starve it?s a different world and should be subject to different rules.
