    The US and bittorrent

Have anyone been sued in the states from downloading music and movies with bittorrent?
Or is it just kazaa, direct connect and such that have been targeted?

BitTorrent, if the unencrypted protocol, is quite easy to sniff and obtain data for. There are plenty of 'fake' BT clients. I have no idea what your chances are, but I sure as hell wouldn't tempt it.
