Turns out they didn't register it in my name, they registered it in THEIR name and according to the fine print I was just leasing it from them.

yeah thats a rip off. luckly the card I had some domains on with them i lost and get one with new numbers so they did not go through.

thing that erks me about them is the seem to charge a month before the domain expires. a bunch of ones i have at yahoo are form the days of the $1.95 registration they had years ago.
