but in my opinion...when you are best friends with someone....and then go and get drunk with that someone and hop in their car...knowing they are drunk as hell...then you have no one to blame...as it was damn good fun the 100 other times you did the samething

This kid is a real moron. Just goes to show you how messed up your family gets when you have more money than God. Now the wife is dating someone that is younger than her own son. Nick almost killed himself and made his best friend into a vegetable. I also agree. I know Hulk would be financially responsible as the car owner and parent. If his son was under the legal drinking age then yes, Hulk should also be in jail for supplying the alcohol. I know in many states already that even if a bar serves you to much and then an adult gets in a wreck, they can get busted.
