HDTV Antenna recommendations? - GoFuckYourself.com

I have DirectTV, and I live in the sticks. I'm roughly 70 miles away from where the closest local channels are broadcast. DirectTV applied for a waiver on my behalf, so that I could watch local channels out of NY or LA. All of the stations denied it.

So I need an antenna. I'd rather have an indoors one, I think, but I'm not sure. I just know that I want to watch what I want to when I want to. And I'd rather pay for something that is going to work out of the gate rather than buy pieces of junk hoping they will work.

Any recommendations?

They make amazing stuff. When you see how good over the air HD looks you'll feel dumb for paying Direct TV.

I'll keep my DirectTV for the NFL Sunday Ticket, but getting the local stuff would be good too.
