Traffic Dude, a leading advertising agency in the adult industry, is seeking qualified candidates for Ad Operations Technicians. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with superior communication skills, be detail oriented and analytical, and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Consideration will be given for experience with managing internet based consumer advertising campaigns via commercial od proprietary display ad serving platforms, including DART, OAS, AdJuggler, phpAds.

Specific Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

? Build and deploy advertiser campaigns using comoany ad serving software.

? Provide campaign optimization on an ongoing basis for all live campaigns.

? Work with other sales staff, management, accounting and technical staff to resolve client issues and to enhance ad server performance.

? Work with management and publisher support team to expand and refine ad positions across all properties managed by company.

? Proactively verify that all company managed ad positions on all properties are properly functioning.

? Continuously review all ad inventory options available to ensure maximum fulfillment for publishers and related traffic provider partners.

? The company maintains its offices in Pueblo, CO and priority consideration will be given to qualified candidates who are based in the region and/or would consider relocation.

? This position will report to the company?s COO. Excellent benefits package for US-based employees, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, along with a technology allowance. Salary and commission based on experience.
