Need Help Choosing Car

I need to get rid of my current Porsche and replace it with a car that has 4 doors...
I am looking for a car that costs $40k approx. (don't want car payment) and these are things that are important..

1) Must be fun to drive
2) Don't want new. 2006 or 2007 will be best value.
3) Not huge gas guzzlers, looking to average 20 miles per gallon..
4) six cylinder engine preferred as v8 gets shitty gas millage
5) Not interested in us brands, prefer German or Japanese cars.
6) must have DVD system for the kids.

So far I have come up with...

2006 porsche cayenne or cayenne S ( the S is a v8 though so millage will suck plus the car looks ugly)..

2007 BMW 530I ( not very exciting I know)

2006/7 Range Rover Sport HSE

2007 Lexus GS 350

range rover is a v8, although you'll get slightly better than 20 mpg on the highway. not in the city though.
