"hidden" limitations? well if they were hidden, I don't think they would have much of a legal leg to stand on

.... although I do wonder if model releases etc would cover all possible uses, such as public humiliation or damaging a person's public image by representation... if this were the case though, it would not be limited to istockphoto

They used to not allow the use of their images on any adult content based site. That was before they started to have nudity on their site.

u know, it's rather something that looks like 'not covered part of body' than nudity on istockphoto.
