NFL getting out of line?
All these rules about hitting quarterbacks, unnecessary roughness, etc are getting kind of fuckin gay. I hate the giant's but the other night when Shockey got called for Taunting or whatever for saying a few words is pretty dumb. Then Woodson gets fined 75k for not even a helmet to helmet hit, he hit the guy in the shoulder. I realize these players get paid a lot of money and they are trying to protect them, but doesnt hard hits just come with the nature of the game?

I think they're like Visa and enjoy that fine money...it goes straight to the bottom line!
They fined Michael Vick $5000 last week for wearing his socks incorrectly. |
