My European Adventure (pics)
When I left Amsterdam, instead of going to Oktoberfest in Munich, I hopped on a couple trains and went to visit some friends of mine in Peheim, Germany.
We started off by going to a Boss Hoss concert and I ended my week by participating in a local German custom called a Kilmerstuten. If you would like to check out this stuff, I have tone of pics up at FUBARwebmasters.com Enjoy. |

When I re-entered and was working my way back to where my friends were I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see a smiling German, who asked, "are you Lloyd?" Needless to say I was slightly taken aback that in a crowd of 10k, in a tent in Germany, that anyone would know who the hell I was. Turns out he had been invited to a party that was thrown in my honor last year.. It was pretty surreal. And I have ridden another Harley there . . . was too wet this year. |
