ever noticed when you eat a big meal that is heavy on the protein, like I just had a steak with very little else... one whole wheat tortilla, a jalapeno and half a bell pepper, and even though it was alot of food, it is like my body is telling me to go out and get some sugar of some sort.... wonder why that is
