We sit here and bitch and complain about a vast variety of things, many of which are entirely irrelavent to the issues we face. We go back and forth arguing and flaming in regards to a vast sea of information where everyone has their own opinions and interpretations of the facts as they're presented.

Our nation was founded upon certain principles and ideals. We continue to sit idle and watch our nation change whereby right before our very eyes our rights, liberties and freedoms that made us what we are have been systematically stripped away according to a plan of incrementalism committed by the powers that be.

Change can come in various ways, however, when you bind yourself to the divisions forced upon you, the changes which you expect can, and will have disastrous consequences.

So, remember this, come January 20th there's not going to be any room for regret when the "change" you so blindly embraced is jammed and forced down your throat.


As long as we continue to support either of the two presented in this two party system, the changes WILL have disastrous consequences.

Remember this simple single fact. When you cast your ballot on Nov 4th for either of the two party candidates, you are REJECTING AMERICA AS IT WAS. You will be providing consent of the governed to the powers that be whom have a systematic plan to not only change America as we know it, but the world.

The principles we uphold as Americans are those of our nations founding fathers.. The moment we allow 'CHANGE" to divert away from those principles is the moment we are chained by the tyranny our nations founding fathers were escaping from, the very thing they intended on preventing via the constitution, the bill of rights and the declaration of independence.


These principles and ideals are the VERY THING that made America what it is, so remember, once you cast your ballot this November, they're gone, FOREVER!

It is divided, not necessarily along political lines, but along the lines of as a cultural and social levels. I see it as a changing of the guard. I see it as the country shedding it's skin and ushering a new era of citizens, voters, philosophies and ideologies. This was obvious in the primaries, with the democratic ticket and with the Reps VP pick to name a few. You can also look at some elected official like Arnold and Jesse Ventura as more evidence of this new outlook. Whether it's right or wrong, I don't think anyone can deny this..

Baby boomers have been running this country for the last 50 years for the most part and I think statistic show that they are now beginning to decline giving rise to the generations from the 60's and 70's. Its basically old vs new, change (not political change, but social and cultural moreso) vs what we're accustomed to. Not all change is good. Not everything that's old is bad. Whichever way you look at it, we're definitely in a period of transition in this country..

America "as it was" allowed slavery and sedition laws. It didn't allow women to vote, file divorce, or own property. It didn't allow you to have a relationship with someone of another race. It didn't even allow you to technically directly vote for you President. Children had no protections from hard labor and physical/sexual abuse.

So is "change" from our founding fathers really bad? Would you want to go back to those principles? Because if so, you wouldn't be posting on a porn board and we'd all be in jail.

What liberties and freedoms are we losing by voting for Obama? Yelling liberty, freedom and other crap means nothing if you don't show examples of what you're talking about.

And like I said, you can talk about the ideals of the founding fathers and their documents, but just remember those freedoms only counted for white men who owned property.

It is my opinion that Obama feels the same way about it, and that's one reason he should never be entrusted to ever be in the office as President of The United States of America.

You are an ignorant fool if you think "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL" only applies to white men who owned property. "MEN" in that quote is not in the context of singular identity, but "MANKIND", meaning, ALL HUMAN BEINGS.

These documents were not written with any separatism and anyone implying otherwise is uneducated. The writers of these documents did not give us these rights, they ACKNOWLEDGED THEM as our rights as human beings.

The constitution expressly discusses slaves (although it is careful not to use the word slave). Not to mention that slaves were never even considered to be covered under the constitution. They were considered property and ruled under individual slave laws in each state that were in part written by our founding fathers. Lets not forget that many of our founding fathers owned slaves of their own.

And our founding fathers didn't mention women. "All MEN are created equal". To believe that they assumed men to mean mankind is absurd. Women were treated as second class citizens with no rights. The laws our founding fathers put in place didn't allow them to have these rights.

You can pretend our founding fathers were somehow card carrying members of the ACLU, but they weren't. Few of them fought to have women's rights expanded, and fewer to abolish slavery. The term "consent of the governed" specifically meant men who owned property. It is why they were the only ones allowed to vote.

And the irony in this whole discussion is that you take the liberal position in this argument. You take the position Barack Obama would on the interpretation of our rights. It is conservatives who didn't believe those documents gave the right for women to vote, blacks to be free, or you to promote porn. If those are your true beliefs, you should be voting for Barack Obama.

Nonetheless, you didn't answer my question. What freedoms and liberties are we going to lose? It is my opinion that we have much more freedom now than we ever did. Women can vote, blacks can do whatever they want, and I have the ability to protest my dislike for the government. How can you possibly believe that we had more freedom back then?
