A member can get a username without a credit card and start to chat. However you dont get paid on the free membership until they enter a credit card. So I guess it would be possible to advertise it as free chat with email address. But I would think its better to advertise it as free membership.

I do however see people promoting the per active with the $20 in free credits to the member and they are doing very well. Anyone half serious about looking for a cam girl to talk to wont pass up a free 20 bucks.
