Amazingly there are people that would buy them.

The US could bring in a few billion that way as well.

Some sort of raffle for land..

I saw a US couple who decided that instead of trying to sell their new home at a loss to get out from under it.. they put up a raffle online to WIN the house. $50 per ticket. No limits on tickets. When they have enough cash to pay for it, they pick a winner. They're up to $100,000 in ticket sales they said, lol. ;)

Thats actually a really smart thing to do.

I dont see why the US could not sell Citizen ship or at least a green card to people.

Limit the numbers, Do background checks and interviews, but sell them. Im sure there are plenty of people that would pay 10 or 20k for a green card or citizenship.

The home raffle is probably illegal in most states though.
