Most they do is terminate you, but nope no lawsuits.

I think no matter which dating sponsor is they wont give a damn about spamming as longest it brings money or noone suing them.If i remember correctly,fling had to send several announcment about stop spamming myspace but only beacuse myspace warned them otherwise they wont give a damn.

Call me crazy here but what is this person doing wrong exactly? They are posting on a free classified site and working around the filters.

I applaud these people. I think the ones complaining are just pissed they haven't figured it out themselves.

Craigs List is a gold mine and the section being used is for escorts, so really it's a spam category for hookers. So what if someone pushes fling there?

as long as Fling is cool with everyone dating/cam/porn sponsor here posting on their site.

I applaud the guy. He's working smart instead of working hard. No one is being harmed, and I'd rather have him spamming CL than Google.

Not really.. I know a CL guy he just has like 10 servers each with multiple IPS

He made proxies on the server.. and the script rotates the IPS after x posts so they never get banned..

CLEARLY you have not done your research. I am not going to spell this out but you can do a boatload of CL spamming with a few AOL dialup accounts and a modem auto dialer OR a good proxy network which costs peanuts to setup with the right host.

DSL also have dynamic ip adress.And that is much faster then modem.

To assume that everyone doing this kind of spamming (not just CL) is doing it the legit way is very hard to believe.
