Please understand that I cannot comment on that right now, because this is so new and so many things are still being discussed.

But I understand that we have had a reputation as being a higher-priced/higher-quality host and that concerns some, based on some of the bandwidth prices that they have been getting through AR. I can assure you that we are striving to be much more competitive than we have previously with prices, as has been demonstrated over the past month with some of the bandwidth deals people have gotten during our ?Match or Beat any hosting deal with L3 CDN or hosting BW?

That said, expect to hear more as soon as these things are settled out. Sorry i could not give you a better answer.

as I have said all along, AR isn't going anywhere.

Corvette you have been asked several times in this thread about the illegal tube sites that are hosted on AR and have ignored to reply. Are you going to close these illegal sites, ? Yes or No?

Rome was not built in a day guys. I like many of you have been very vocal of my distaste for the illegal sites running at places like AR. However if anyone deserves a tiny bit of patience it's Ron and the CCBill staff during this transition.

The ink is not even dry and you guys are all over them with what will the new pricing be will you shut down sites. Give them atleast a few days to formulate a plan see what they have and what needs to be dealt with. This is a huge scale operation. I am sure that official releases will follow.

Just because they may have pushed more BW then other hosts does not mean they made more profits. Personally I would rather do less work for more profit than be a volume host. Their biz moel never worked before and look at it now...:2 cents:

Corvette seems to be an intellegent dude thus I highly doubt he would leave the pricing the same as it is not a good business model for making profit, and thats what it's all about. Time will tell.:2 cents:

They will be probaly keeped considering ccbill proccess premium access on one of biggest illegal tube sites.If i am not wrong on biggest one.And boycotting ccbill beacuse of that wont be possible beacuse 95% of adult paysites are powered by ccbill so only solution to boycot will be to either get out of adult industry or promote few sponsors only which doesnt use ccbill.

a LOI or letter of intent was signed, nothing more. They did their due diligence and saw it was a mess and walked away.

See through what bullshit? They made this thread because they had completed an LOI or letter of intent to purchase. This is standard in business with the purchase of entities, properties, etc. It basically lays out the terms of the purchase that will go into the final contract / agreement and you can begin your due-diligence period under the LOI before completing the actual purcahse. LOI's are non-binding.

here is what i bet happened. last friday, when everything was blowing up, they talked about buying alphared. then they got the initial data and they decided to proceed with the sale and made the announcement. they had to make in the announcement soon, in order to stabilize the clinet base and prevent them from leaving. then right before they signed the final paperwork, something happened, who knows what.

Ive been through a few of these sort of things, on a smaller scale and ill tell you some real critical things done get brought up until the last minute, trying to slide them through at the last second sometimes fucks everybody, but it sounded like they triued their hardest to pick it up, so the intentin was there, even if they were not able to pull it off
