It´s called "Lederhose" or "Krachlederne" which is a traditional bavarian costume. You can find an onlineshop here and here.

I was there as well but got in on Monday and even then wasnt at Oktoberfest until 4:30...Too bad I couldnt meet up with the group. Still had a blast and hopefully will make it again next year.
