he had a chance to sign with any team he wanted to - the Rangers and Canadians are winning teams and offered him deals - Philadelphia too i believe.

Sundin is the best player any team will add to its roster during this season. FACT. He is a very skilled played and has put up point per game numbers playing with absolute shit for the last 6 years. Any team is lucky to have him. I just dont think the Canucks have the skill to knock off teams like Detroit and San Jose.

San Jose I agree with you, Detroit has weak goaltending this year so they can be had. All depends on the nucks staying healthy and Louie coming back. I agree they can be had but when they are shutting out San Jose 6 - 0 with Conklin in Net you know they are a solid team. Who knows if they make a move for a goalie as well. Canucks have little chance of winning the cup with Luongo and Sundin fully healthy. Just my opinion. They improved yes but I think Mats search for a Cup will end without one.Comment
