I really thought this was going to be about the nutrition-less goodness that is Ramen

Well, this is good in a pinch:

Take two packages of regular Ramen noodles (the bricks in the bags) and smush and smash them so you have little noodle bits - be careful not to rupture the bag or you'll have noodle shit all over.

Boil 4 cups of water, cook noodles for 4 minutes, then remove from heat and add about 1/2 cup of cold water (so you don't need to wait as long for your MSG treat).

Now add the contents of the flavor packets and mix well.

Final step, and this is important - put about 1/4 - 1/2 a teaspoon of Blair's MegaDeath hot sauce: http://extremefood.com/product.php?id=10 and mix that in well.

The final product is not only tasty, but it will clean out both your sinus' and digestive tract.

Enjoy.
