365Billing looking strange?

Just spoke with a friend who told me that all sales this week on 365billing just say "Approval" and havent cleared yet. Exactly what Globill did back in the days, or to be precise, just before their final day...

Thats of course not to say anything is necessarily wrong at 365Billing, just wondering if others had noticed any oddities there?

We're talking about transactions authorized, but not showing as cleared. And they haven't processed any rebills this week. To be on the safe side I've taken their sign up links down.

My Prediction

This week is going to be a very interesting for a lot of companies that did not play by the rules and tested the Card Association with crazy stuff.

I will be offline all day finalizing our Alpha Red Purchase so I am sure some others can explain what happening to some.

I will say CCbill will not be affected at all

The only news I have is when questioned 365 said it would be fixed on Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday, then today. So far nothing has changed, no rebills processed and sale still stuck in Authorized. It's not looking good and we've removed them from our tour.

Has anyone been getting errors from their billing notification system lately? Nothing's changed on our end AFAIK... started on the 3rd. Getting 'unable to GET' on 365_rum occasionally...

Due to changes with the 365Billing US merchant relationship, the business decision has been made to discontinue our 365Billing US IPSP business ONLY.

***This does not affect our EU 365Billing IPSP (3rd Party Billing) business in any way.***

Over the past year, our focus has been more on obtaining direct merchant accounts for our US clients, rather than a US based 3rd Party solution. With our clients utilizing their own Merchant Accounts, they have more control over their business, and all the benefits they receive from 3rd Party Billing, i.e.. Fraud control, Velocity Checks, Customer Service, and more. The current trend of webmasters wanting their Merchant Accounts has increased significantly. We will continue these efforts to provide our clients with the best processing solutions possible.

Jeff Foster, CEO of 365Billing US, will be handling the money and the payouts for all US based 365 Clients. Each US Client has been, or will be contacted individually, but please feel free to contact us direct at 954.379.1200 anytime.

They never had an IPSP. They said they did but they never did.

Only 3 IPSPs have ever been issued in the US. Ccbill, Epoch and Dhd Media from what I've heard.

I think you may be missing one here, Segpay. Not 100% sure though maybe someone can clarify.

Don't know if it is a good sign or not but out of nowhere today in the performance summary there was 1 conversion showing up. No rebills or new signups, but hopefully it is a start.

With Epoch as far as I know they just stated that they had a programing issue that spread to all of their servers that had to do with rebills only. Everything was/is still tracking and processing like it should, just the rebill data is not posting correctly or something to that effect. There is a thread on here that was posted yesterday.

we also have some rebills gone through.... the new sales are still showing up as "Authorized" but like has been said, it's a start. I'm guessing they were with La Caixa, and now have a new merchant account. I just wish they would speak to their customers instead of leaving us all guessing. I for one have lost a lot of trust in 365.
