I good my blood test results back and it's pretty good, well it's not excellent but it's not bad considering how much fattening foods I eat!

HDL 75 (dr even wrote "excellent" next to the result!)
LDL 116 H
Cholesterol 201 H

Not bad considering I eat tons of In N Out Cheeseburgers, animal style french fries, throughout the years ate loads of burgers, fattening spaghetti/pasta at 1,000 + calories a pop, sometimes eat half a gallon of ice cream at one sitting, lots of pizza etc etc and other junk...

Wonder why my cholesterol is so low. Am I just lucky/blessed?? Imagine if I DID eat healthy, my cholesterol level would probably be 100H!

Whats your number??

My tryglicerides is 51 btw.. not sure if that is good or bad, am going to research it now in google

Mine was 216 which isnt that good, but after my last checkup I was at 195, fuck yeah rock on

Mine was like 200 but it's inflated due to hypothyroidism. I eat awesome and am pretty healthy. I don't get it rechecked for another year.
