especially since a military brigade = 4000 to 5000 troops. that's ~100 soldiers per state.

Um, they can't seem to beat a bunch of third world iraqis in '82 Datsun pick up trucks.

As for the helicopters, a simple machine shop could quickly start churning out RPGs. As for the nukes, I don't think the Government would nuke it's own country, c'mon.
