Seems to me reading the whole article the judge was so worried about being PC and 'non-racist' he let someone off that deserved locking up for years. Can you imagine someone non Muslim/religious getting off with a legal slap on the wrist?

A second order which will also last for 12 months means that if Zaidi is found to have allowed or encouraged anyone under the age of 16 to beat themselves he could be returned to court for sentencing.
