My ox sales have gone completely in the past 2 days...normally 10-25 a day..now 0...same traffic exactly...is this happeneing to anyone?

Yes, they are having some problems for sure , we send them alot of joins daily and they have vanished.
Hopefully just to do with the upgrades and everything is still being counted. I have had no success in finding out what the problem is yet. |

it has to be due to the transition to the new software.
always happens when a program does this. Im sure the bugs will be worked out soon, and the signups will be back to normal after this weekend.

For the most part I think its just the new interface not working properly. We have it showing 0 joins but if you click on the link to the individual processor you can see how many joins you really have.
