Anyone been able to print out the form that is supposed to be faxed to ccbill !!

It turns out black when pressing the link.

There's no popups anymore and there is no link anywhere
to be able to print the form out !

When pressing the "second chance to print/fax" link before
when I registered it turned out blank.

But now there's no popups or anyway to get back to that
option.

At this point, for EU registrations, we do not require the form to be faxed in to us. For EU, when you register online, you are registered.

The form is only required for US registrations

It's good to be an EU guy today.
1,5% extra in fee, whatahell, merry christmas.
The money is going to europen banks anyway
and that means more money for them and their workers,
and their families - they can buy more stuff so the stores need
to hire more people and the manufactors need to buy more iron,
and last but not least - More money to spend on porn for the
european people.
