I hung out with Joel a bit in NYC last year and saw a few of his shows at Caroline's. As good as he is on E! his stand up is 100% better. If anyone in the crowd even attempts to heckle him he will tear them to shreds. I love a comedian that is quick on his feet and doesn't have to stick to his act to be funny, and Joel can improv with the best of them...
