Gee thats messed up, had a housemate whose bedroom floor was exclusively coke bottles and fast food rubbish, there was literally no carpet to walk on and the rubbish was piled higher than the mattress he was using on the floor (he was too lazy to go and pick up a bed frame even after living there for 12months).

Thank god he actually cleaned his shit before he left though, this just looks beyond repair.

it is the landlords fault for letting it get that bad... when I lived in an apartment there was always inspection times set and people would come over to fix things etc... they give you a notice and within a few days can enter the place to have a look.

no landlord should allow their property to become that fucked up, its due to negligence on the property owner.

Look at the toilet, regardless of dirt - property owners cant allow places to become that filthy and there is no law that keeps you from inspecting a property.

these places are ran by slumlord and it shows
