Is this guy cheating?
I received an email from a guy saying this guy has been cheating me. He says that traffic from him is really spuratic and then he checked a who is and saw that he's only been registered for 3 days!
But, I wouldn't exactly call that cheating since he could be feeding it hits through one of his older sites.
