ECSuite and OSCommerce - Need help urgently

I have a client that is using OSCommerce and trying to install an a module for billing with ECSuite. Having problems, it appears to be configured correctly, but when it pops an error on signup.cgi and thats the end of it.

The majority of his business is on Sat and Sun. He has been on the phone with support but the person barely knew about the module and had no clue what to do.

Is there anyone out there that is familiar with this module and might have a remedy? I would guess its something simple but its killing his business completely. Any info would be appreciated.

What you are saying is that is a new install of that module, and it has never functionned.

Would be nice to see the error.

Could be the https setup, missing librairie ( curls with ssl ) , firewall issue, etc ....
I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....
