The emails have long been deleted - I did have contact a few times then nothing and I can't remember if it was with you or Pierre. However, I did do a history search on my old Paypal account that does show I sent the money - I don't know if this is you or not (I've x'd out personal info)

Ok, just wondering. Was it a woman laying down? We did sketches, sent them, and if I recall, we lost contact with you and had no replies. But we definitely, 100% did sketch work for the project. That said ... I don't know if that was you, but it sounds about right!
One other guy contacted Perrie via MySpace and we did a Mascot for a joker, and when we sent sketches back, we never got any replies. And MySpace randomly decided to remove her inbox messages so we couldn't follow that up, as email was never provided. Then Perrie even put up a status on MySpace saying "The guy who wanted the joker, contact us".
So those two I remember now as being jobs we had an issue delivering. But they were so impossibly out of our control, and we never had any follow up contacts from either of the clients. Oh and btw ... that [email protected] address? I lost the password, and the account that it was associated with before doesn't exist. So it's kinda difficult! lol. That's why I don't access it. So yah, shoot emails to my pintsize. I do not scam people. I did drag a few things out and for that I'm a bit of an idiot ... but as I said, Mechanicvirus is happy with the design I did. During a move I mis-recalled the next step and simply didn't have the CSS delivered, but the designs themselves were. The CSS is now on it's way. Bleh. Can't wait to get this all sorted.

I gotta add here again ... this is false information. I do NOT owe lots of people money. You and I will discuss this outside of the board, but I do not owe more people money. You're making out a load of people can form some kind of big legal case against me... which is simply not possible, since the only other person I had a problem with was mechanicvirus (other than the other two people who I was never able to get in touch with but did the work!) and I've been dealing with him and will be sending him all the work he's asked for today (a damn good design I might add, which he likes!). That was a terrible miscommunication issue in the last month which I am resolving.
I will speak to you when you get in touch via my email address. I've sent you numerous emails in the YEAR AND A HALF I've been chasing you down. The only time I ever get a response out of you is when I bother your friends and family. I wouldn't do it if you'd just reply to my emails.
It's absolutely relevant. I paid you $3500 for a complete tour, site design, and photo retouchings. You did not deliver a single bit of work. Nothing. You've been dragging this along for too long now with your lame "Im broke and my life sucks" excuses. Man up. Admit you were wrong. Read up on unearned income (hint: you can't spend money someone pays you until you deliver the goods). You owe me $3500 + 1.5 years interest. Figure out a way to pay me back or don't come on here claiming everything is resolved.Regarding why this all happened? Bad communication, and bad business perhaps. But with regards to spinner... well, it's not really worth dragging onto this board, as it's hardly relevant now, but I don't think I'm entirely in the wrong based on the way events ran. I'm sure I'll deal with this seperately with each of these guys. Anyone else who wanted to talk to me, shoot me an email to the address above.

It absolutely is Pierres business because not only is she your common-law wife, she IS USING THE COMPANY NAME THAT WAS USED WHEN I WAS RIPPED OFF. Get it? You take over an old company name, you're liable for all issues, even from the previous owner.

Money has begun to exchange hands now. Spinner and me have differing views, but I do admit that I had money that I would like to pay back. I'm not a scammer and I'm glad we're moving forward. I'd like to thank the people who I've worked with in the past. I'm grateful for the work I was given. And I did do a hell of a lot of work with a hell of a lot of great people.

I am going to be ressurecting Twisted Illustration very soon for purely mascot design. People who know me will know the work is up to standard, and I will not be taking payment of any kind up front for any jobs. This is to prove trust, as I stand by the fact that although this has caused a lot of upset for several people, I am trustworthy and will deliver So we'll have to see who's interested when it comes to the new year.
