    Hooker review sites are a no-no, at least in Ohio

    COLUMBUS, Ohio ? Police in Columbus, Ohio have arrested a man they say was responsible for a website where customers could post reviews of prostitutes.

    Robert Eric McFadden is accused of trading information about online escorts and prostitutes who worked the streets, including a 17-year-old girl.

    Police say he also helped organize a $10-a-ticket raffle that offered an evening with a prostitute.

    The 46-year-old McFadden was arrested Wednesday and faces numerous charges, including compelling prostitution involving a minor.

    McFadden formerly served as director of the Faith-Based and Community Initiatives office under Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland.

      Thats actually not a bad idea for a site. Gotta admit busting one out like that in the highly conservative area of the USA is not to bright but none the less good idea if only the dumbass side stepped the whole underage thing.

                          The thing of that is the age of consent in Ohio is 16. Her having sex isn't the focus here. Her information appearing on the guy's website is though, definitely.

                                      If he was knowingly allowing the content about a minor then he deserves it, but I wonder how much forum moderation was expected? Was he informed about it and ignored the thread for a long period of time?

                                      this seems like a possible infringement of freedom of speech, but if he as a site owner was involved in the discussion and promotion of the minor then he should go down, but if he wasn't aware of it then that could be another issue.

                                      As far as the discussion and reviews of adults, then that should not result in any charges in any kind of free society

                                      would like to hear some more details of this case, as it involves alot of ramifications of all internet business especially forums or sites that have user contributions
