Will there be lawsuits after the presidental election? Looks like it.
I just read this article http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/09/...rss_topstories that talks about how 10 of the swing states have serious issues with their voting machines. In one case 20,000 people in Colorado left without voting because of computer crashes. Well, with Colorado in play this year those people could make a real difference in who wins or loses especially if the crashes tend to happen more in either republican or democrat heavy areas.
I can see how this election could be very close and they blame issues like this for the loss and file some suits. It could be a very interesting November. |

everyone knows the machines are hackable. They proved that last election. (The movie recount is worth watching if you get time). Some counties in Florida kept reporting back figures with tens of thousands more votes, than voters eligible...it was hilarious. Equally hilarious is anyone who denies this happens...mind you we all know why they deny it.
